The mission field is not all overseas. It is also right here, in our own neighborhoods, where people are struggling and hurting and hungering for the wholeness Jesus brings.

Seniors Recognition

Orphan Grain Train-MD Branch

Lutheran Mission Society

Our older members are very active in the life and ministry of the congregation. Every fall we celebrate their leadership and service in a special worship service entitled “Bless the Years."  In this service either an individual or a couple are selected because of their years of their strong Christian role model to receive the “New Life in Christ Award”.
